INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pkg.
  • KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
  • 2 cups
  • broccoli florets
  • 4
  • egg
  • 1 pkg.
  • OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham
  • 1/2 cup
  • KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook Macaroni in large saucepan as directed on package, adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 2 min.; drain.
  3. Beat eggs in small bowl; stir in Cheese Sauce. Add to Macaroni mixture with ham; mix well. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray; top with shredded cheese.
  4. Bake 30 min. or until macaroni mixture is set in center and top is golden brown.

KRAFT KITCHEN TIPS:

  1. SERVING SUGGESTION Serve with a mixed green salad and fat-free milk as part of a simple weeknight dinner.
  2. MAKE AHEAD Bake this pie ahead of time, then refrigerate and reheat in the microwave as needed for part of a quick weeknight meal.

  • KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
  • 1/2 lb.
  • lean ground beef
  • 1-1/2 cups
  • spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup
  • KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp.
  • KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare Dinner as directed on package, using the Light Prep directions. Meanwhile, brown meat in skillet; drain.
  3. Spoon half the Dinner into lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish; top with layers of half each sauce, meat and shredded cheese. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  4. Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

KRAFT KITCHEN TIPS:

  1. SUBSTITUTE Substitute 1 cup chopped leftover cooked chicken for the browned ground beef. Or, omit it for a meatless version.
